I tried to pull out the product after sitting for 5 mins but the stem broke. I will use it broken for these 2 months but I don't think I will purchase again

Pretty good product. Hard to get lid off without melting a bit so it’s never round
It feels great and really wakes up your skin, but it’s so hard to open.
What can I substitute the powder with?
It's nice, but make sure you have a towel ready while putting or rubbing it on because it might drop to your carpet or clothes to get stained. Otherwise, it is good.

Even after the arm workout mixing the ingredients, I still had a lot of sediment. It is best if you use a hand mixer. I love rubbing the ice ball over my face to release the overnight puffiness, but not sure that the product mixed into the water really has any benefits at all.
