How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@icefacebaby,com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REGARDING MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the post office. We also are not responsible for a package that tracking has marked as "delivered," but that you haven't received. We are also not responsible for stolen packages. In the rare case that these situations happen immediately contact your local post office for more information and/or file a claim with USPS online. If you choose priority mail packages you have insurance. File a claim
ORDER WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
Your order will be dispatched to the address you provided. Ice Face, Baby! Skincare is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have entered an incorrect address. As with cancellations (above) we may not be able to remedy the issue if the parcel has already been dropped off/collected. In this case, you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and you will be responsible for paying shipping to have the order sent to a new address.
